Use this form if you are submitting a session for TED on behalf of an affinity group (caucus, SIG, Committee, Affiliate Group, etc.) Special Session Forms have closed. Submitters will be notified mid-June of acceptances

Use this form if you are submitting to have a meeting at TED (not programming). A general business, executive, or reception. Meeting Forms have closed. Submitters will be notified mid-June of acceptances

Poster/Conversation Table Submission

Did you miss the original deadline or have a new proposal you would like to submit? TED has a poster/conversation table submission window open from now until July 1, 2023. This is your chance you still submit for TED 2023! Only Posters and Conversation Tables are being considered as session types for this submission. *Individuals may be a primary presenter on two (2) proposals, and included in a maximum of four (4) proposals ( in addition to two (2) primary could be on up to two (2) as a co-presenter)* Any submissions that were submitted during the first submission window count towards your total* If you have any questions please contact ted@exceptionalchildren.org Submit Now

Submissions are now open for TED 2025!

Submissions will close on April 24, 2025.

A couple of important reminders:

Primary presenter limit is 2, with a total of 4 max (Special Session Form and Meeting Form do not count towards this number)
If you are a student submitting, you must submit your first submission thru the kaleidoscope form.
