Where do I get a receipt for my registration?

I do not seem to be getting emails from TED. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder and make sure your profile has been updated if you have a different employer than when you joined CEC. Please contact ted@exceptionalchildren.org if this still does not remedy it.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations requested on or before September 30, 2026 (midnight EST), will result in a $100 cancellation fee. All cancellations between October 1, 2026, and November 9, 2026, will result in a $250 cancellation fee. No requests for refunds will be granted once the conference begins on November 10, 2026. No exceptions will be made to this TED Board Policy

What if I need Accessibility Accommodations for TED?

For TED events, you are asked while registering to indicate the area(s) in which you will need assistance. Once the registration process is complete, a staff member will follow up with you to review your survey responses and discuss your needs.

We ask that all requests for reasonable accommodations at our events be made as early as possible and at least two weeks in advance of the event, so that we may best meet individual needs and provide outside services, if necessary. On-site requests will be met to the best of our ability; however, available resources may be limited or unavailable. If you have additional questions, please ted@exceptionalchildren.org

If your question has still not been answered, please email Brannan Meyers at ted@exceptionalchildren.org

What size do I need to print my poster?

Posters for Interactive Papers and Kaleidoscope should be a  36" x 48". TED will provide poster boards for the poster to go on and binder clips.
