Blair Payne

Blair Payne is an Assistant Professor at the University of South Carolina. She completed her Ph.D. at The University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on supporting secondary-aged students with or at-risk for disabilities through the delivery of content-area literacy interventions, professional development, and instructional coaching. Prior to her doctoral studies, Blair was a high school special education teacher, instructional coach, and administrator.
