A Strong Foundation to Support the Special Education Community

Drexel University provides three transformative graduate programs to support the special education community:

• EdS in School Psychology
• MS in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• MS in Special Education

Each program is uniquely designed to prepare professionals to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.

Drexel’s EdS in School Psychology program is grounded in evidence-based intervention. Students gain hands-on experience in schools, clinics, and hospitals, including a 1,200-hour internship under the supervision of certified

Applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education are important and rewarding career paths. Ball State University has prepared thousands of students throughout the years for careers in these disciplines, in and out of the education industry. Students can gain employment in several areas with the 100 percent online degrees and certificates the University offers. 

Ball State is known nationally as an ABA hub. Our bachelor’s and master’s degrees in ABA with an emphasis in autism prepare students for the Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Learning Ally, formerly Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic, is a female-founded nonprofit that unlocks learning for struggling readers, including those with dyslexia. For over 77 years, it has partnered with schools and districts by empowering students with tools to access printed text and supporting teachers with evidence-based professional learning. Its literacy offerings, including the award-winning, human-read Learning Ally Audiobook Solution®, support PreK-12 students in 24,000 schools nationwide. TouchMath is a leading provider of explicit, multisensory math programs designed to help students of all abilities understand foundational and abstract math concepts. Aligned to state and extended standards, TouchMath is widely used in special education programs and as a supplemental math solution for Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
